I originally ordered these products from B & W directly because they were the only ones who had them in stock at that time, or so they said. I called them and confirmed they (B & W) had them. I waited a week and called them back to which I was told they were out of stock. Needless to say I was not happy. I then called etrailer directly and I received the best customer care I had in a long time. Stacey took my order directly and promptly got my order out. I received the rails two days later. I installed them on my new GMC 2500 myself with my wife’s help. PS their install videos were a great help as well. This is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a very long time. I had to sell the rails I purchased from etrailer because they did not arrive in time as promised for my situation. I had to purchase rails from a local dealership in order to take delivery of my fifth wheel trailer. When I attempted to return the rails to etrailer it was going to cost me a ridiculous amount of money even though they didn’t arrive in the time frame I was promised. This is the second such time I have had this type of issue buying from etrailer. I won’t do it again.
Prices are great.. shipping is on time and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again..
Directions were exact for my 2022 Silverado carriage bolts could be a bit longer it would make it easier to catch those hard to reach spots but overall great product

Very good quality product, welds and powder coating looked top notch. Plenty of hardware and instructions. Bolts are fun to get to from the bottom but you can tell thought went into where the locations would work. Fitment: 2025 3500HD DRW
After purchasing this B&W 5th wheel kit I installed it myself. The kit came with great instructions and easy to understand. The kit has all the little tricks to assist with installation. I would buy and use this again if and when needed.

This is actually my 3rd fifth wheel hitch purchase due to upgrading and purchasing newer trucks. Also an indication of how good and practical it is to use!
It's a little harder to mount than I expected. Doing it by myself and takes a little more time. Now that its done I like the look of the mounting this is only the second time I have mounted a 5th wheel hitch
The installation is simple but a little more time consuming than expected. I am a fairly good mechanic and with the assistance of a friend who is an excellent, 30-year that's his job, mechanic we feel the two of us could do the installation in an hour and a half next time. Took us 3 hours to do the installation. I do recommend two people and to not do as seen on one of the videos and cut the heat shield, just take your time and take the two heat shields down for the room. I've installed Universal fifth wheel rails in the past and they compare nothing to the quality and cheer girth and strength and fitment of the B&W custom fit rail system.
installed this kit on a 25 Silverado 3500 Dulley, this is the second truck i have installed this kit on and it's a good quality kit. my only complaint is on the Chevrolets the lt front mount bolt is over the fuel tank making it next to impossible to get the washers and nuts on. as another reviewer stated I had to lower the fuel tank to get access . This got me thinking it would be much easier if B&W made this kit with captured nuts in the mounting plates and bolts would install from the top down. But I do like the kit and the gray color looks good on silver truck.

I love the fact that yall don’t stop after the sale. Yall track the shipment until it is delivered to the customer. That speaks volumes to me. Keep up the awesome work and you will always have a customer here.

E trailer in my opinion is the best place to buy hitches and accessories. The videos definitely helped during install. Overall this rail kit was perfect fit and install really wasn't too bad. Do yourself a favor and watch the install video and you won't really need the paper directions. Some of the bolts are very difficult to get to to tighten due to heat shield and fuel tank but that is no fault to the rail kit.

Wasn’t a 4 hr job! Brackets.came from outside of the frame pointing towards the center .The one was behind the gas tank making it necessary to lower the tank.Directions were spot on other than ease of installation!
Good quality and fast delivery
This hitch is so much better than my previous PullRite hitch. Hitches every time. I spend 10 minutes less time making minor adjustments so that it isn't grabbed high. Very pleased.

Not to bad to install. Very well built
Great product but I was missing one carriage bolt. One additional tool I would suggest to anyone installing would be a ratcheting box end 13 mm wrench to reboot the heat shield.
