Hello there, I don't have the prep package and plan on adding rails to my 2025 Sierra 3500. Will this version of the Companion fit the base rails?

Hey Jeff! The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BW52AR is designed to fit industry standard rails (ISR). As long as you use an ISR kit in your 2025 Sierra 3500 you will be able to use this version of the Companion. If you're looking for base rails you can use the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2505.
