Question:
Do you make a 2 inch receiver tow hitch for a 1956 Chevy 210 4 door Townsman Station Wagon?

Expert Reply:
None of our hitch suppliers offers a bolt-on custom-fit trailer hitch receiver of any size for your (awesome!) 1956 Chevy 210 Townsman Station Wagon. Your one option is a universal-fit RV-type hitch, such as the Curt # 13703.
Please keep in mind that you will be on your own in terms of determining proper fit. Also, since this will be an untested application your actual tongue weight and towing capacities will be unknown. The vehicle itself may have different capacities than the hitch. The lower-rated item will determine overall capacity.
We offer several multi-fit hitches and these differ in their drop and in the range of frame widths they will fit. You can review the various options and compare to the Townsman's frame to determine which will work best. Curt also offers weld-on hitch # 15903, weld-on hitch with 10-inch drop # 15902 and weld-on hitch with 3-inch drop # 15901.
