Hi, I just want to confirm this will fit a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander, ES trim? Its the non PHEV version. Is this the most hidden hitch you have for this vehicle? Thanks

Hey Paul, so it looks like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e48KR is going to be the most hidden hitch because of the concealed cross tube, but since you have the non-PHEV version it's not going to work for you unfortunately.
Instead, you'd need to use a different hitch like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13163. This hitch is very similar to the etrailer hitch, but it does have a bit higher capacity and an exposed cross tube so it won't be hidden.
Unfortunately both hitches we have listed as a fit for your Outlander non-PHEV are going to have an exposed crosstube.
