Hey Joe, for your 2021 Jayco North Point 5th Wheel you're going to want the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit # HSE7K-T1. These are disc brakes that will work with 7k axles, has an 8 on 6 1/2" bolt pattern, and has a 13" rotor diameter.
