The dimensions we need to find a replacement fender are the length, height, and width. For example, the Fulton # F008551 is 7.35" wide x 21-1/2" long x 6.5" tall. The # HP99VR which seems to match the style of many Harbor Freight trailers is 24" long x 8" wide x 8" tall. For a third option that is designed for 12" wheels we have the # CE17701G which is 23-1/2" long x 7" wide x 6-1/2" tall.
I would compare these to your length, width and height to see if they come close. If not, I would be happy to look for a different fender if you can get me these measurements.
