Question:

2018 Ram 2500 with 6.5 ft bed Could you tell me the difference between the Pace Edwards cover part# 311-KRD7936 and 311-KRD7833? Also, I see other similar covers with Explorer rails. I see that they look different, Is there any advantage to one or the other? Im trying to make final decision and get this ordered soon. Thanks!

Hey Jeff,

The Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w Explorer Rails # 311-JED7833 is designed for a 6-1/2' bed while the # 311-KRD7936 is designed for an 8' bed. Since you have a 6-1/2' bed the # 311-JED7833 would be the correct fit for your Ram. The only noteworthy difference between the Ultragroove and JackRabbit line is that the JackRabbit is going to include a keyed lock on the cover so that you can lock it in place in the rails even if you don't fully close the cover.
