Can Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FHDSTC0101 Attach To Sewer Line Holder on Travel Trailer?

Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier - Fits 4-, 5-, and 6-Lug Wheels Item # FHDSTC0101. Is this solely a hitch mount , or will it fit on the rear sewer line holder on the back of our travel trailer?

The Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FHDSTC0101 can mount to any object which is 2"-3" wide and up to 5" tall. It must also be strong enough to support the 8lbs of the carrier and weight of the spare wheel and tire. Most of the sewer line holders I have seen are 4" square so the included hardware will not allow you to mount the carrier.
We do have a Bumper Mount # UF15-954730 which is designed for a 4" square if that is what your holder is.
