Question:
I have 2019 Toyota highlander and want to add a light duty hitch just to support a cargo carrier so I’m looking for easy to install small hitch Help please Thanks

For your 2019 Toyota Highlander I recommend checking out the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98844.
This hitch is pretty cost effective, has a class III 2" receiver, a 6,000 lb max weight capacity, a max tongue weight capacity of 900 lbs, and is made in the USA.
Unfortunately the way your Toyota is designed no matter which hitch you use you are going to have to trim/remove the underbody panel for install.
