Troubleshooting a Demco Stay N Play Duo that Won't Activate the Brakes
Question:
My demco stay and play was working fine. The next morning all the lights were working and the compressor would kick on but the cylinder wouldnt move the brake pedal. I had towed it all day and never even unhooked it from the rv.

There are a couple of things you're going to need to check on your Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 to determine why your brakes aren't be activated as they should be.
The first thing you'll want to check is the cable tension. You're going to want to make sure that there is at least 1/4" to 1/2" of slack in the line, since you mention this was working fine before I'm going to assume this isn't the issue but it never hurts to check.
The last thing you'll want to do is remove the actuator air line and check for pressure. If there is no/weak air pressure, you're going to need to check the line for a pinch, kink, or puncture.
