Unfortunately, the only information I could obtain from NAPA regarding your 8215214 tongue jack is it is rated for a 5,000lb lift capacity, is 14-1/5" tall and has a top wind handle. The Bulldog # BD171401 is going to be the closest option but you will need to verify your jack has the 2-5/16" Snap Ring # BD500241. A better option would be to switch to the Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack # TV64FR. This jack is also rated for 5,000lbs and bolts onto a frame up to 4-3/4" tall and 3-3/4" deep. I like this jack as you can use the included drill adapter to easily raise and lower the jack. It can also be completely removed by pulling a pin which allows you to store the jack inside the vehicle instead of being exposed to any weather while being towed.
