Demco has instructions listed for proper lubrication of the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550034, which I've attached below. You can use WD40 for the lock bar/handle and for the rest you'll want to use White Lithium Grease # L11354 to avoid attracting dirt and debris that could bind up the hitch.
