The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM8750311 can be used to replace your Tie Down Engineering LP8000 actuator. The Demco comes with an electric lockout like you are wanting. It is zinc coated for corrosion resistance and fits a 2-5/16" hitch ball. This actuator is made in the USA and fits 3" wide straight trailer tongues.

@StephenC The Tie Down Engineering (TDE) Brake Actuator 48980 also known as the 80LP/85LP is a 8,000 lb or 8,500 lb disc brake actuator with 2" coupler. In order to replace this, the best option we have is the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator part # DM8669113 which is rated for use with disc brakes, has an 8,000 lb weight capacity, and uses a 2" hitch ball. It also has a built-in drop which helps you match the tow vehicle height better.
