What Gauge Wire Should I Use For Wiring LED Marker Lights

When adding mini led marker lights to existing, what gauge wire? And solid or stranded?

When installing marker lights we recommend using 18 gauge wire like # SWC97FR. This is stranded wire and is what we typically use when wiring marker lights like the # MCL32ABB for example. LED marker lights pull very low amperage so 18 gauge is likely larger than what you would actually need. 18 gauge is recommended because it will be thicker and more durable than smaller gauge wire.
