Question:
I am planning on adding bunks to my Harbor Freight 4x8 utility trailer so I can haul my 11 ft row boat. I would like to know what parts I will need for a successful installation. Thanks!

To add bunks, you will need the bunks, brackets, and u-bolts.
Bunks
- CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards # CE27845
Brackets
- CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10000G-4
U-bolts
- CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4
This is typically done on boat trailers, that already have the proper crossbars in place. Since you are converting a utility trailer, you may need to make some modifications to add crossbars, if there are not any already in place.
