Question:
Good afternoon, I have Rockwell American axles, 3500 lb. The brake shoes show 9.5” x2.25”, and are manual adjustment The hub is 10” 5 lug pattern. Does your part Item # AKBRKR-S-10 work for this application? The trailer is a 2001 and I’m having a hard time finding the OE shoes. Thank you for your time

Yes, your Rockwell American 3,500 lb axle is just a standard axle, and since you mentioned having manual adjust 10 inch electric brakes, you can use the replacement shoes you asked about, which are the following part number:
- Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit for Manual Adjusting 10" Electric Brake Assembly - 3,500 lbs # AKBRKR-S-10
