The rule of thumb for determining tongue weight is to calculate 10-15% of the GVWR for the trailer, with yours being 14,000lbs we'd be looking at a tongue weight of roughly 1,400 - 2,100lbs. With a jack you can always go heavier though, and the heavier duty you go the easier it will be for the jack to lift the tongue of the trailer.
The etrailer Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3527-BBX you were looking at is rated for 3,500lbs, which is well over what you'll need, and is designed to be powered by the 7-way of the tow vehicle. If you'd prefer one that you can wire to your battery then you'll want part # EJ-3520-BBX instead.
Whichever jack you decide to go with I highly recommend using a cover like part # UF38-944020 to help protect the head of the jack from the elements and prolong its lifespan.
