Base for a B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch That Fits in the 2023 Ram 3500 5th Wheel Puck System

Question:

I have a BW Companion 5/hitch for a 21 GMC 3500 w/puck system. I just traded for a 23 ram 3500 w/puck. Is there a base I can use/purchase and still use my top? I hate to purchase the whole hitch.

Yes, you can get just a replacement base for your B&W Companion that currently has the GM puck system base.
