Is the Curt Trailer Hitch C13394 compatible with the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2inch Hitches - Wheel Mount Item # TH83JV specifically, this bike rack has technical requirements that the trailer hitch pin hole depth be 1.125inch and the hitch receiver depth be 2.5. Yes, it is. The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13394 is compatible with the Thule T2 Pro Bike Rack item # TH83JV and is confirmed to fit your 2016 Toyota Highlander. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware.

The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13394 is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight so more than enough capacity for the Thule T2 item # TH83JV. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind the rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but also helps with ground clearance.
