Question:
Hi, Im planning on purchasing one of these racks along with a hidden hitch for my 2009 Mazda 3 hatchback. I wondered if you ship these in separate boxes to avoid damage to the bike rack? Thanks

Expert Reply:
These products would be shipped in separate boxes. Bike racks are shipped to our customers in the packaging the manufacturers sent them to us in. Our hitches our packaged here in our warehouse with the hardware kits in etrailer.com boxes. You would received the Kuat bike rack in Kuat packaging, and in a separate etrailer.com box you will receive the Hidden Hitch.
