Can you please compare and highlight any differences between the Draw Tite Hidden Hitch and the Stealthhitch?

I would be happy to compare those two hitches for you but there is little to no technical information available about the Stealthhitch because it does not release until the end of August 2022. Out of the two I would highly recommend the Draw-Tite item # DT72GR for your 2022 Mach-E. It has a comparable installation method so ascetically it is nearly identical. Price wise there is no comparison. The Draw-Tite hitch is significantly less expensive. If you are going to tow with the Stealthhitch you must buy their tow kit which will double the cost of the hitch. The Draw-Tite item # DT72GR has a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 350 lbs.

To tow with your Mustang Mach-E you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a tow kit item # C45534.
