Troubleshooting The Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizing Jacks That Do Not Extend

Good morning My jacks are in the up position and when I push the extend button it doesnt respond at all but if I push the retract button it trys to retract more Does that sound like a bad switch

It is possible that the switch for your Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC369774 may have a loose connection, or some faulty wiring and I would most definitely check that first before going into deeper troubleshooting.
Alternatively, if you do hear your motor turning on and trying to work and nothing is happening then you may have an internal component that is stripped or bent. I recommend trying to use the manual hand crank to operate the jack. If the jack does not want to work with the manual crank, or it very difficult, then the jack will need to be replaced.
If it's fine then the last thing you need to verify is that your batteries are fully charged. Since these jacks do require quite a bit of power to properly operate, not having an adequate charge could be causing your issue.
You'll want to verify that your batteries are charged to at least 12V, and you can use a multimeter # PT89ZR to verify.
