While I do not have the exact specs of your Radwagon 3 2020 edition, it looks like it has front fenders and a rear cargo platform. I also looked up the available specs on your Pedego electric beach cruiser, and that looks like it has a rear cargo platform as well.

For the best option that provides you with a lot of weight capacity, I recommend the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR.
