Does the curt 13073 come in different widths? Or is there only one size

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13073 does not come in different widths and is specifically designed for 2011 - 2013 Kia Sorento's. For your 2016 Sorento you are going to want the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e98843 as you can see from the product pictures these two hitches are designed completely different to custom fit your Sorento. The etrailer hitch does have twice the capacity as the Curt one.

If you need a wiring harness to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions you will want the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118583. This harness is for Sorento's without the towing package.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
