The first thing I recommend you can try is a factory reset. To do this, you will need to cut all power to the unit and wait 30 seconds. After the time is up, supply power back to your stereo and check for functionality.
If that doesn't work, I recommend pulling the fuse for the radio waiting a minute, and replacing the fuse. After you replace the fuse, check again to see if the issue is resolved.
If you're still unable to pair your Drive RV Stereo EEDV06 with your phone, and you've already followed the Bluetooth pairing procedure on page 7, preformed the factory reset, and replaced the fuse, then I recommend installing a new, upgraded unit.
A great choice is the:
- Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A.
This unit along with the Jensen brand has been notably more reliable than the Drive brand, and features 1 front auxiliary audio input, 1 USB, 1 rear audio RCA input, 1 rear audio RCA output, 1 rear video output, and 1 AM/FM antenna socket.
I have also included a review video for you to check out as well.
