Can Rain and Wind Sensors be Added to Solera RV Awning
Question:
We have a Solera awning. V000566276. We need to fix a bent arm so we would like to upgrade if possible from a 12v to 18v so we have a wind sensor and rain dump. Is this possible with the conversion kit you have and if so is there rewiring from the inside?

Actually the 12 volt Solera awnings are the ones that have the ability to add the wind sensor part # LC715123 and the rain dump sensor # LC715124. You can convert to the 18 volt system if you wanted to with the # LC759404 that you referenced but those sensors are not available for it.
