Need info to put manual lift and hitch on 3016 Kia Soul. Ty

The highest capacity hitch for your 2016 Kia Soul is going to be the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" item # 306-X7326. This custom fit hitch bolts to your 2016 Kia Soul with included hardware. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 2,000 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 300 lbs. I have linked an installation video and the instructions so you can follow along with the process.

If you need a wiring harness to control trailer or accessory lights you will want the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118637.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.

You will want to check your Soul's owner's manual to confirm your actual towing and tongue weight capacity. I am not sure what you meant by manual lift.
