The best route for having brake lights, turn signals, and running lights on your trailer with an Australian 7-way is to use the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # 118158. With this system, this will split up the wiring signals for your brake lights and turn signals on the left and right side. For installation, you will have to splice into your current wiring setup. I went ahead and attached a photo that shows the a 4-way wiring setup to give you a good idea of the process.

Thanks so much for the photo. Now that your setup is clarified, we unfortunately do not have an adapter that does not require hardwiring into your setup. With that being said, you need to use the 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector, 4' Long # H20043. The plug end will go with your U.S. 7-way and you will use the wired ends to hardwire it to the adapter # 118158. Once that is complete, you will have to remove the European plug (from your picture) and use the wiring on the adapter to hard wire onto your trailer wiring.
