While we have the measurements of the exact ground clearance height for our hitches we carry for a 2022 Toyota Sienna, we do have available measurements for a 2021 model. While these are not exact, the measurements will not deviate much from the height of the ground clearance on your 2022 model.
With that being said, the hitch that provides the highest ground clearance is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # DT55MR. The clearance on this hitch is about 9-3/4 inches high while the competitor Curt Hitch # C22UR measures 9 inches high.
To get even more clearance if you use an accessory, you can purchase an accessory with a rise like the 2-inch rise on the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding # e98874.
