The pulsing red light on the Noco Genius part # 329-GENIUS1 indicates that the battery is less than 75 percent charged. To get rid of it you need to continue letting it charge. I attached a picture that has this explained as well.

My noco genius 1 was pulsing red continuously hooked up to my nlp14 1 1/2 year old battery. Even though the battery performance seemed fine. Got a new nlp14 battery last week. Charged for 14 hours overnight and still pulsing red. I unplugged the charger from the wall socket, went for a couple hours ride, plugged in the charger, still pulsing red. Left connected overnight, no change. Is it possible the new battery is also an issue or more likely a charger issue? I haven't found any information referencing this type of an issue.
