Brake Controller Recommended for 2022 Nissan Pathfinder

Question:
I JUST PURCHASED A 2022 NISSAN PATHFINDER WITH TRAILER TOWING PACKAGE. I NEED TO PURCHASE A ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROL UNIT. I DO NOT FIND THIS MODEL ON YOU VEHICLE LIST. VEHICLE CAME WITH A JUMPER CABLE TO PLUG INTO UNDER DASH. Rear bumper mount is a 7 pin plug. What Model Controller do you recommend that I purchase?

The connector for installing a brake controller is located above where the driver's left knee would be, behind the under dash panel located below the steering wheel. If you lower that panel, it'll make finding the connector easier as it's pretty difficult to see from below. The connector is wrapped in black foam rubber and tape which should make it easier to locate.
From what I was able to research, the wires on your factory brake controller should be labeled by function.
The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 you'd looked at, part # 90885 would be a great choice if you don't mind having a brake controller mounted to the underside of your dash. You'd simply wire the included pigtail to your OEM pigtail, then plug in to the connector under the dash.
If you'd prefer something with a cleaner, more factory installed appearance I'd recommend a remote style controller such as the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty, part # RED24FR. You'll also need the # RED69FR pigtail to join your Nissan OEM pigtail to the brake controller. The actual controller installs under the dash, out of sight. You'd adjust the controller via the small control knob that can be mounted to the dash or center console using an un-used switch knockout or a universal fit bezel, part # 331-TPSI-001.
I'll link to some videos that describe how the Prodigy P2 and the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty brake controllers work.
