Bike Rack for 2017 Ford Fusion that Will Clear Bumper with Curt Hitch

I recently installed the Curt 1-1/4” receiver on my 2017 Ford Fusion. This rack folds up and it appears that the vertical mast is the closest thing to the vehicle when folded up, but they don’t indicate the height where that will occur. The furthest point of my bumper to the center of the hitch pin is 5” which agrees with the I fo on your web site. Can this hitch be folded up on the back of the car or will it hit? Thanks!
