I found a this kit for sale GNRK1111 its for Fits 2011-2016 Ford F250 and F350 Trucks but my truck is a 2001 F350 Ford what do I have to buy to make this kit work for my application?

Since the center section of the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1111 you mentioned is the same as the # BWGNRK1108 that is confirmed to fit your 2001 Ford F-350 with an 8' bed, you can install it by using the # BWGNRM1108.
Now this is nearly half of the price of the hitch, so unless you are getting a really good deal you would be better off just getting the # BWGNRK1108 instead as it does not require any other components.
