Will Vision S Side Cameras See Past RV Awning Support
Updated 05/26/2021 | Published 05/24/2021 >
Question:
So….On my my new 5er, the front awning support is low and seem like it would block the camera view on that side. My question is, could I swap the left and right cams and light housings so the camera lens is mounted low instead of high? I have not purchased/installed the system yet.

There isn't a way to swap the orientation of the side cameras of the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System w/ Side Marker Light Cameras # FCE48TASL-05 so what I would do is first try and install them normally and see if the view is obscured. My guess is it won't be as the camera is further away from the body of the RV than it seems, and it's angled away from the RV body so I don't believe your awning support would not get in the way.
But if it was in the way you could probably come up with a spacer to install behind the assembly to allow it to see around the support better.
