Max Amp Ratings for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner and Breaker

Question:
Starting Amp requirements/running amps to RV breaker The question I have is the breaker that is dedicated to my AC in my RV is 15 amps will the starting amps of 14.6 amps of the AC pop the breaker?

For the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000 Btu - Black # FR32PR has a max power draw of 11.2 amps. This should not cause a properly functioning breaker rated at 15 amps to be tripped.
