I recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway # TH934XTR which has a capacity of 35lbs per bike. This can be used with 1-1/4" and 2" receivers which is very convenient if you have more than one vehicle.
For added security, you can add Thule Braided Steel Cable Lock # TH538XT, Thule Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2, and Thule One Key System Lock Cores with Keys - 2 Pack # TH450200 to key them alike.
