I have another option for you, but most of our Tie-down anchors including the Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchor w Backing Plate - Bolt-On - 1/2" Wide - Recessed - 1,600 lbs # RR5K are made overseas.
For an option that is made in the USA I recommend the Buyers Products 5/8" Forged D-Ring With 4-Hole Integral Mounting Bracket # 337B40MP which has a 6130lb working load limit (WLL) meaning it will be plenty strong for securing your 2000lb tractor.
