The modern equivalent of the H78-15 tires are tires sized at 225/75-15.
A good replacement for your tire in this size is the Kenda Karrier 225/75-15 Radial Tire, part # AM10251. This tire has Load Range of C and is a 6 ply (the lowest we have in this size). I've linked to a video review of this tire for you to look at. It's meant for 15" rims, which the inside of your current rim is. The outside of your rim from flange to flange is 16-1/2", but the inside where the tire seats is 15".
I highly recommend getting two of these tires and replacing the other tire on the axle since there is a slight difference in the sizes (there's no exact equivalent, the 225/75-15 is the closest). This will help to reduce any imbalance on the axle, which could cause problems.
