The best snow tire chains for your vehicle with 235/55R19 tires are the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH01594250.
There a few reasons why these are the best chains, starting with how easy they are to install, which is important because the less time you have to spend out in the cold winter weather (and potentially on the side of the road), the better. To install the Konig chains, drape them around your tires and loop the cables together; you only need to drive off and they will actually tighten around your tires and self-center.
The chains are also diamond-pattern D-links which will give your Lexus superior traction on both snow and ice. The links are made from manganese nickel alloy steel so they are highly durable and resist corrosion, which means they are going to last. They are also Class-S compatible for vehicles with limited space in the wheel wells and require 12mm of clearance.
I have added a link below to a video review and install for you to check out as well of the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH01594250.
