How to Loosen Ratchet Straps for Roadmaster Tow Dolly and 2009 Chevy Impala
Question:
I have a roadmaster 3477 tow dolly and have one problem. I have a 2009 chey impala. When taking the straps off the car sits so low the handle want come up high enough to losing the stap. Any suggestions.

If you're struggling to get the straps loose from the 3477 Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1 since your 2009 Chevy Impala sits too low, you'll need to move the release down and hold it there manually while you pull down. This will loosen up the strap and then might give you enough slack to then open up the handle fully to make removing the strap easier.
Unfortunately there aren't any smaller handles that you can swap out with this to make it easier to operate in those regards.
