I need to replace a brake winch on my scissors lift pontoon boat trailer. Various size boats transported up to 25’ in length. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Pontoon boats, particularly those that are up to 25' in length, can be heavy, so I recommend a heavy-duty boat winch, the 3,600 lb Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch with Handbrake # F142430.

This is a 2-speed winch and als has a hand brake which gives you optimal control over your winching. It does use a cable only, and the correct one is the Fulton Galvanized Winch Cable with Hook # FWC7500100.
