Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2020 Honda Pilot with Full Size Spare

I have a 2020 Honda Pilot Touring AWD. My spare tire is a donut but 28 tall. Do you have a trailer receiver that will fit this model? The ones I am seeing are saying 18 spare.

The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Honda Pilot is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98840. I have installed all of the available trailer hitches on this very same vehicle and this was my favorite option. I have attached an install video for you. In regard to spare wheel/tire compatibility, 18" is in regards to the wheel diameter not the overall tire diameter. That said, if the wheel size is larger than 18" in diameter they don't offer a trailer hitch for this so best option would be to get the standard size spare wheel/tire from the dealer.
In order to complete your towing setup you also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118286, the Mounting Bracket and Installation Hardware part # PK12711U, and the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.

The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Honda Pilot is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75225. I have installed all of the available trailer hitches on this very same vehicle and this was my favorite option due to having a better fit and there being an integrated bracket for the trailer connector. I have attached an install video for you. In regards to spare wheel/tire compatibility, 18" is in regards to the wheel diameter not the overall tire diameter.
