Question:
I see that hitch # 13594 bolts right into place with the 2008 Vue with single exhaust. Im wondering if anything will need to be changed to get the hitch installed when working around the dual exhaust ports? Thank you in advance.

I can confirm for you that the Curt # 13594 will fit on your 2008 Saturn Vue with the Dual Exhaust tips. You will need to lower the exhaust to install this hitch on your vehicle, but the exhaust won't get in the way of the hitch once it's installed. I've attached a photo of this particular hitch installed on a similar Saturn Vue with the dual exhaust, as well as an installation video you can use to follow along with when installing it.
If you're going to be towing with this hitch you'll also need a wiring harness and possibly a ball mount and hitch ball to round out your towing setup. For a wiring harness I recommend using the Curt T-Connector # C56026. This will install easily by teeing into the existing wires on your vehicle located behind the trim panels in the cargo area on the driver and passenger side.
If you also need a ball mount and hitch ball, I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it contains 2 ball mounts with varying rise/drop to assist in towing a variety of different height trailers, as well as 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2", hitch pins, clips and a handy carrying bag for you to store everything in when it's not in use.
I've linked some helpful review and installation videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
