Question:
What would you recommend for flat towing a 2020 Ram 2500 4x4 behind a motorhome. I'm not sure what all is needed to do this.

To flat tow your Ram 2500, you'll need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, a wiring solution, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter.
I really like the equipment offered by Roadmaster, the quality and ease of use are excellent and they do a great job of backing up their product with outstanding customer and technical support.
For a towbar, I'd recommend the # RM-576 Sterling All Terrain towbar. The non-binding and self aligning design make hooking up and unhooking easy, even on slightly uneven terrain. Because the bar self aligns, you won't need to have the towed vehicle perfectly lined up behind the motorhome in order to hook up to the base plates. The safety cables are included with the tow bar. The bar offers an 8000 lb capacity that will handle your Ram 2500 with ease.
For base plates, use the Roadmaster # RM-522204-5 and for wiring, use # RM-15267. For a supplemental braking system, I really like the Roadmaster Invisibrake, part # RM-8700. Once the system is installed, you'll just plug in the umbilical into the RV and the front of the towed vehicle, and you're done. A stop light switch # RM-751460 and a 12-volt outlet, part # RM-9332 will also be needed.
Assuming your Ram 2500 has the stock 275/70-18 size tires, the base plates will sit about 24-1/4 inches above the ground. If the height difference between the receiver on the motorhome and the base plate height is greater than 3 inches, you'll need a high/low adapter to make up that difference. I'll link you to our selection of adapters plus to some helpful articles about flat towing a vehicle.
The 6000 lb capacity of the Roadmaster Falcon # RM-522 you'd looked at wouldn't be sufficient for your truck hitch will weigh right at 6000 lbs at a minimum.
