Charles S, the diagram in the description says 7 3/4 pin hole to ping hole, you say 6 1/2 who is telling the truth ? And how come the same item from Curt is $37.06 less in price.

I'm sorry for the confusion - it looks like this spec was recently updated on the Blue Ox # BX88129 and Chuck's answer page wasn't updated accordingly. The hole to hole distance is indeed 7-3/4". The difference in price between this and the Curt # C59KR really just has to do with the difference in brand/manufacturer. I would honestly go with the nicer priced Curt option, as it also features a higher capacity.
