Looking for a trailer hitch for my 2020 Traverse. What do you recommend?

I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # CU29FR for your 2020 Chevy Traverse. This hitch installs so that the receiver can be covered up with the trim piece when you aren't using it, and it also comes with a bracket for a wiring connector if you plan on doing some towing.

Attached are a few photos of this hitch and some wiring installed as well as an installation video that you can reference.

If you plan on using this for towing then I recommend the T-One Wiring Kit # 118761 which can be mounted to the hitch bracket using part # 18144, and then the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989891 which includes a 1-7/8" hitch ball, 2" hitch ball, a ball mount with a 3/4" rise/2" drop, a pin and clip, as well as a storage bag. You will want to check out the attached ball mount article to ensure that this ball mount has the correct rise/drop for your towing application.
