Locking Generator Cargo Carrier Recommendation for Hitch at Rear of Trailer

I have a fold down wire cargo carrier mounted on the back bumper of my trailer and would like to tie down my generator on it. I also need it to lock if possible. Is there such a thing or do I just use something like ratchet tie downs?

For locking down a generator mounted in a trailer hitch the best solution is a Torklift Lock and Load Cargo Tray like the part # TLA7901 which has a tray that is 16 by 21 inches or the part # TLA7752 which has a tray that is 24 by 27 inches. We don't have a locking strap setup specific for generators for attaching to a cargo carrier.
