I checked with Roadmaster and verified there are base plates that fit your 2020 Ram 1500 with an EcoDiesel engine. I'll list these base plates for you along with the rest of the parts needed to flat tow your truck:

I really like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates because they have removable arms so they won't be something that is otherwise noticeable. The Falcon tow bar is a great option because it has long arms for easier maneuverability when towing.
