Recommended 2 Bike Rack for Schwinn Classic Deluxe 7 Electric Bike

i need a rack that will hold a schwinn classic 7 deluxe 70lbs + a standard 10 speed. preferably not electric.

Because of the weight of your Schwinn Classic Deluxe 7, you're going to really be limited to an E-Bike carrier. I recommend going with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR because of the weight capacity and ability to carry bikes with fenders and larger tires.
