Brackets to Use When Installing Fulton Trailer Fenders # F008582

Published 07/24/2019

Question:

I have no idea how people are installing these. I bought two different sets of brackets from eTrailer. Neither one matches up with the holes on the plastic fender. Even if there were no holes on the fender,I still cant get my head around how this would mount. Wouldt you have to put a bracket under each step, thereby putting a hole and bolt in the step that these are intended as? Please give some guidance, pics, something. I cant get my head around this.

I attached one picture that shows how some will use the L-brackets part # PF775-BKT-2 to install the Fulton Fenders part # F008582. You will need to drill through the fenders in a couple places to use the brackets as there isn't a bracket setup that uses current bolt hole sizes as-is.

So using the l-brackets under the fender like the picture shows and then also through the steps on either end will be what you'd want to do.
